Job Description
– Plan and execute customer acquisition strategies through paid advertising.
– Taking on key marketing channel campaigns creation & optimisation to generate desired business outcome.
– Plan, manage & track marketing budget to generate desired business outcome through different channels & platforms.
– Conceptualise new and innovative creatives and work with creative team for development & implementation.
– Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques and analyse competitor activity for growth opportunities
– Monitor, track, analyse, improve and report on performance using tools such as Supermetrics, TripleWhale, Google Data Studio or any related reporting tools.
– Recommend improvements to management to increase performance.
– Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
– Providing administrative support, as and when needed to the manager.

Requirements
– Full-time position Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (Philippines Time),
– Able to work remotely (from home),
– No experience is needed if you are an A player that can learn and adapt fast.
– Have prior experience in managing advertising campaigns on any platform and generate consistent business result.
– Have prior experience in driving business growth through different platforms with proven track record.
– Sensitive with numbers, the role requires high level of focus & analytical mind to dissect and analyze numbers to make strategic decisions.
– Very meticulous, has a keen eye for detail.
– Understanding of the behavior of the target audience and the customer lifecycle.
– Tech savvy, analytical/data driven decision maker and strong problem solver (this role will have a lot of challenging problems ahead).
– Self-directed, execution-focused, and incredibly well-organized with a proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
– Committed, responsible to the job and willing to “go the extra mile” if required.
