Media Buyer + FB + Google ads managment

Pay: $5-$15 per hour. This will depend on your level of skill and other people who apply for the job.
I am looking for a full-time employee. This is flexible hours along with growth bonuses every month of $15 per 1% we grow as a company. (On average, we grow between 5% and 15% per month). Come the end of 2024, we will also include retirement plans and healthcare benefits.

We are only looking for people with previous FB and Google Ads experience.

You will be doing a variety of tasks. We are looking for a person with a lot of experience. With a minimum of 1-year experience and Preferably 3-4 years working with E-commerce brands paid marketing. About me & GrubTerra: I started GrubTerra 3 years ago, and we have been growing ever since. GrubTerra uses food waste from local restaurants and supermarkets to feed black soldier fly larvae which we sell as chicken and reptile feed. We also import feed and sell feed to chicken farmers.
