Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a TikTok and Facebook Media Buyer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing advertising campaigns on both TikTok and Facebook platforms. Your expertise in digital marketing, data analysis, and creative strategies will play a pivotal role in driving our brand’s visibility and engagement.

Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute effective advertising campaigns on TikTok and Facebook, aligning with the company’s marketing objectives and target audience.
-Conduct thorough research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to ensure optimal ad placements and audience targeting.
-Collaborate with the creative team to design compelling and engaging ad content that resonates with the platform’s users.
-Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for optimization to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
-Manage budgets effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI) and achieve cost-efficiency.
-A/B test ad creatives, audience segments, and campaign strategies to continuously improve campaign performance.
-Stay informed about changes and updates to TikTok and Facebook advertising algorithms and policies.
-Provide regular reports on campaign performance and insights, making recommendations for improvements.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and analytics, to align strategies and drive cohesive brand messaging.
-Keep a finger on the pulse of emerging trends and innovations in social media advertising to ensure a competitive edge.

Qualifications:
-SPEEDY INTERNET AND RELIABLE TECH (You will be let go if this is not the case)
-At least 1 year of experience as a Media Buyer
-Proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing TikTok and Facebook ad campaigns.
-Proficiency in digital advertising tools, including TikTok Ads Manager and Facebook Business Manager.
-Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
-Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and copywriting, able to contribute to the development of engaging ad content.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
-Results-driven attitude with a focus on meeting and exceeding KPIs.
-Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and navigate changes in advertising platforms effectively.
-Familiarity with other social media platforms and their advertising features is a plus.
-Certifications in TikTok and Facebook advertising are a bonus.
