JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a skilled Media Buyer to join our team in the Health, Wellness and Fitness industry. As a Media Buyer, you will develop and execute effective media buying strategies to increase our brand’s visibility and improve our marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in the latest trends in advertising and be able to create and maintain relationships with media platforms and vendors.

Your work will be integral to promoting our brand and ensuring our advertising campaigns are successful. The role requires an analytical mindset, as you will need to analyze performance metrics to adjust tactics as needed to optimize results.

YOUR DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Develop and execute strategic media buying plans in collaboration with the marketing team.
-Identify and build relationships with key media platforms, including print, online, radio, and television.
-Negotiate contracts and ad placements with media vendors to ensure cost-effective media buys.
-Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, and make recommendations for optimization to improve ROI.
-Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging and effective ad copy and visuals.
-Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies to identify new opportunities to reach target audiences.
-Work with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with overall brand messaging.

ABOUT YOU
Our Ideal candidate MUST HAVE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING BELOW:
Expertise in Go High Level
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or similar discipline.
3+ years of experience in media buying, preferably in the health, wellness and fitness industry.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of performance metrics.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns at once in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and media buying tools such as AdWords, Google Analytics and social media platforms.
Understanding of current advertising laws and regulations.
Proficiency in virtual communication tools and technology.
Familiarity with the fitness industry or a passion for health and wellness is a plus.
You must be a team player that embodies our company Core Values (we will talk about these during our interview)
MUST be able to work from 7am-3pm EST, Mon-Friday.

I don’t stop working. We have 3 businesses open now and we are opening 2 more by the end of the year. You need to match my energy, but also be able to calm me down.
