As we expand our team, we are seeking a talented Media Buyer with expertise in Google Ads to lead our efforts in driving targeted leads for real estate investors.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Media Buyer who specializes in lead generation using Google Ads search campaigns, demand generation campaigns, and performance max campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in optimizing Google Ads campaigns to generate leads within the real estate industry. This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate market, digital advertising strategies, and a passion for driving results.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generation for real estate investors, including search campaigns, demand generation campaigns, and performance max campaigns.
Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences, key trends, and opportunities for reaching high-intent leads in the real estate market.
Create compelling ad copy and creative assets tailored to the unique needs and preferences of real estate investors, driving engagement and conversion.
Implement advanced bidding strategies and optimization techniques to maximize campaign performance and ROI, with a focus on driving qualified leads and minimizing acquisition costs.
Monitor campaign performance closely and analyze key metrics such as cost per lead, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS) to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, analytics, and account management to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and strategies.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes within the real estate market to inform campaign strategies and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation using Google Ads.
Proven track record of managing Google Ads campaigns with a minimum ad spend of $1 million, specifically in lead generation niche.
Deep understanding of the real estate market, including key trends, audience segments, and competitive landscape.
Expertise in Google Ads platform, including proficiency in campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Google Ads certifications (e.g., Google Ads Search, Google Ads Display) preferred.
Experience with additional digital advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and real estate-specific tools (e.g., Zillow, ) is a plus.
