The Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Head of Marketing with a focus on Media Buying and creation, someone who’s proven themselves in the digital marketing arena and has experience in elevating businesses through strategic paid search campaigns across both B2B and B2C landscapes. This role is tailored for someone eager to lead our marketing efforts, drive our brand forward in the digital space, and stay ahead of the curve, especially with emerging trends like TikTok and Youtube.

Responsibilities:

Crafting and executing solid ad strategies, both evergreen and seasonal, to bolster growth and engagement.
Diving deep into competitor analysis, keyword research, and campaign management & optimisation.
Utilising data analysis and reporting to shape our marketing decisions.
Amplifying our digital presence across major platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads, with a strong focus on media buying.
Transforming our weekly podcast content into engaging video content to broaden our reach and attract new clients. (Attached below some examples)
Possibly enhancing our engagement within Australia’s largest property investment Facebook Group.

Essential Skills:

A solid 5-7+ years of digital marketing, with a significant lean towards media buying.
Expertise in navigating the waters of Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads.
A proven track record in elevating YouTube channels and repurposing video content for broader reach.
Mastery in ad strategy, campaign management, competitor analysis, keyword research, and data interpretation.
Must be creative and create new ideas for marketing content, short form video is a must.

What You’ll Need:

No need for direct client interaction, but you should have a way with words, especially when crafting marketing content.
Regular collaboration is part of the deal, with team meetings 3 times a week to keep us all on the same page.
Proof of previous results through similar roles.
