Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Media Buyer fluent in English to play a crucial role in our lead generation efforts. The ideal candidate will strategize and execute effective media campaigns to generate leads for our network of real estate agents. While immediate workload might not be available, this position offers an opportunity to join a dynamic team, with anticipated work coming in shortly.

Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize media campaigns to generate high-quality leads for real estate agents.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities for lead generation.
Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to maximize results.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in media buying and lead generation.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in media buying, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential for effective communication.
Strong understanding of advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Salary and Growth Opportunities:
The starting salary for this part-time position is $5/hour, reflecting the current workload expectations. As LevelupAgent expands and more projects become available, there is a potential transition to full-time roles. We believe in recognizing and rewarding talent.
