We’re searching for a self-motivated Media Buyer/Marketing Assistant to join our team and contribute to our growth. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to take on different marketing tasks, this is the perfect opportunity to hone your marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities:
– Paid Social Ads Management: Monitor and optimize paid social ads, paid search/display/video on a daily basis.
– Social Media Engagement: Actively moderate comments and messages across various social media platforms.
– Campaign Building: Develop and manage campaigns across paid social, search, display, and video channels.
– Ad Account & Pixel Setup/Audits: Handle setups/audits for ad accounts, pixels, and social pages on platforms including Google, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.
– Ad Budget Planning & Execution: Manage ad spends across clients and ensure we’re hitting monthly target spend while reaching target CPA
– WordPress & Domain Setup: Set up WordPress sites for advertorials and manage domains through Namecheap.
– Content Creation: Craft blogs/posts for advertorials in WordPress, including both copy and visual elements.
– Copywriting: Utilize ChatGPT for crafting compelling copy for ads, video scripts, and blogs.
– Creative Briefs: Prepare creative briefs for new ad creatives and landing pages and collaborate with video editors/graphic designers/web developers for proper production of such creatives/pages.
– Agency Liaison: Coordinate with agency partners for each ad platform to keep up with trends and platform updates.
– Video Editing/Graphic Design: Engage in video editing and graphic design for new ad creatives as needed.
– Creative Production Oversight: Supervise creative production from internal and external teams, offering feedback and insights.
– Social Media Management: Maintain organic posting for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, and TikTok.

Qualifications:
– Proven 2-3 years experience in media buying, digital marketing, or a related role.
– Strong proficiency with ad platforms including Meta, Tiktok, Snapchat, Google Ads.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
– Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
– Familiarity with WordPress, Namecheap, CapCut, Canva or any video editing/graphic design tools.
– Highly creative with ability to digest winning ads and craft creative briefs
– Strong analytical and optimization skills.
