WHATS A MEDIA NINJA???
It’s just what we are as media buyers and marketers lol. But it means we are good at thinking through strategy, creative, diving into analytics and all that jazz.
Why do we do it?
First, its fun to create campaigns that help people get products they will love.
Second because we as marketers have the ability to help change the world. We create messages that can drive real people to take certain actions that will improve their life. Its honestly like a superpower. Thats why we love becoming great at it.
Plus the better we get the more money we make our clients and in turn the more we can pay everyone and scale together as a team :).

Skills and Qualifications
Skills
2 years of Google PPC/Search ad management experience preferred
2 years of Social Ad management experience preferred
1 year of Programmatic Advertising experience preferred.
Digital Agency experience a plus
Google Ads Certification a plus
Google Analytics experience a plus
Comfortable with putting together reports and marketing strategies and presenting to the internal team and our clients.
Knowledge of SEO, Online Search, Display Advertising, Social Media mediums and an understanding of how all these channels work together within the world of advertising
Knowledge of targeting tactics and when to use them: Retargeting, Lookalike, Contextual, Endemic, etc.
Basic coding ability
Google optimize
GTM
Google analytics
GA4

Strategy ( being the puppet master ):
Be able to think through business objectives
Effectively plan campaigns to drive results and impact
Understand the relationship between all different marketing pieces and how you can leverage them to drive results
Analytics (Critical thinking):
Need to be able to clearly read the metrics and interpret them
Then drive conclusions from the data that we can use to change and adapt to the market
Creative ( empathy ) :
Understand the customer avatar
Understand them like you do a friend
Then relate that understanding in creative concepts that will speak directly to them
Our Story:
Authentic Marketing
Founded from a major breakup now reunited. No, really this company started when my business partner and I split up. ( heart break story I know but its all good now )
At the time we were going through some rough troubles and things weren’t working out. We had successfully built a great agency but he and I couldn’t see eye to eye.
So we ended up splitting and I started this after taking some time to think about the agency we had built and what I want to stand for moving forward.
Thats how Authentic Marketing was built. I was tired of all the BS you see in marketing, tired of the lies and the constant over-hype. People making just crazy claims and showing off etc.
I think we all want to connect with real people, and we want to connect authentically. Whether that be with a brand we love or our partners. We crave Authenticity.
So that’s what we do here. We make marketing that’s Authentic, and that Authentically connects with people.
Now we get to work with really cool companies that believe in being authentic as well which makes for fun work. We seriously love our clients, they are pretty dope 🙂
Ultimately the most important thing is that you enjoy what you would be doing and enjoy the people you would be doing it with. Thats what I always keep in mind when growing the team is making sure they will actually have fun doing what they are doing with the people they will be doing it with.
