Responsibilities:
Set up and launch paid media campaigns across a variety of social channels (Facebook, Instagram, Quora, Snapchat, Reddit, and TikTok).
Identify target audiences and concoct media campaign masterplans.
Optimize budgets like a wizard and adjust plans for the perfect media mix.
Keep a watchful eye on costs and ROI, ensuring the magic is happening where it counts.
Analyze and optimize campaign performance, conjuring up new strategies for continuous improvement.
Infuse creativity into ads and ensure they’re showcased with flair.
Stay ahead of the game by conducting in-depth research on the latest marketing trends.
Be the Sherlock Holmes of data, consistently optimizing strategies based on insights.
Develop media strategies that are so effective they’ll leave everyone else in the dust.
Other tasks as needed

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in media buying, planning, and research.
Experience in a creative agency or the marketing and advertising industry.
Social media prowess, especially on Facebook, Instagram, Quora, Reddit, Snapchat, and TikTok.
Bonus points for SaaS, Local and E-commerce experience and familiarity with ClickUp.
Experience with analytics & server-side tracking is a plus.
Organizational and time management skills that could rival a Swiss watch.
Knowledgeable about digital media platforms and analytics tools.
Analytical skills that make Sherlock Holmes jealous and a mind as creative as a Picasso painting.
Excellent communication skills – because teamwork makes the dream work.
Detail-oriented, because the devil is in the details, but so is the magic.
