WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR
Experience is Key. You’ve scaled Facebook ads before and have tangible results to show. Google Ads too would be ideal. You know the ins and outs of the ad platform, from crafting campaigns to A/B testing and analyzing the data. You enjoy keeping up with the algorithm updates and trends.
Independent Yet Team-Oriented. While you have no trouble working on your own and taking initiative, you also understand the importance of asynchronous team collaboration. We’ll often communicate through messages, and your ability to be conversational and articulate in writing is crucial.
Master of English. Being highly conversational in English is a must, especially since we maintain a chill, friendly tone in our communications.
Ready and Committed. Can start within the next couple of weeks or month and are looking for a full-time, long-term gig.
Familiarity with Tools. Previous experience with the Shopify ecosystem is a plus, though not strictly required. We value individuals who are tech-savvy and open to learning new software. You will be managing the Shopify catalog.
Shift Timings. Available for a daytime shift PST. Flexibility on exact timings can be discussed.
