ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Develop and execute social media advertising strategies across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and achieve marketing objectives.
– Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify target audiences, key demographics, and consumer behavior to optimize campaign targeting and messaging.
– Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, bidding strategies, ad creative, and audience targeting.
– Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identify areas of improvement, and implement adjustments to maximize results.
– Generate regular reports with key performance metrics, insights, and recommendations for optimization to stakeholders.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, features, and best practices in social media advertising, and leverage them to improve campaign performance.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., creative, content, analytics) to align advertising strategies with overall marketing initiatives.
– Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to evaluate ad performance, ad creative, landing pages, and other campaign elements.
– Stay informed about industry developments and changes in social media advertising platforms’ policies and guidelines.
REQUIREMENTS:
– Proven work experience of min. 3 years as a Social Media Advertising Specialist or similar role, with a track record of successful campaign execution and optimization.
– In-depth knowledge and experience with various social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
– Strong understanding of audience targeting, segmentation, and campaign optimization techniques.
– Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools to track and analyze campaign performance (e.g., Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, etc.).
– Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
– Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling ad creatives and ad copy.
– Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in social media advertising platforms.
