Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Media Buyer with expertise in advertising on Facebook, Google, and other platforms. As a Media Buyer, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other advertising platforms. They will possess a proven track record of driving successful campaign performance, maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS), and have a strong understanding of marketing funnels and landing page optimization. Additionally, this individual will exhibit a hunger for continuous learning and growth and will excel in leading and mentoring a media buying team.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement creative advertising strategies for multiple platforms, including Facebook, Google, and other relevant platforms.
2. Collaborate with the creative team to create compelling ad creatives that drive engagement, clicks, and conversions.
3. Analyze ad performance data and adjust strategies to optimize campaign results and maximize ROAS.
4. Implement effective marketing funnels and landing page strategies to acquire new customers and drive sales.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising across various platforms.
6. Coordinate and direct video and photo shoots for ad content, ensuring alignment with brand identity and campaign objectives.
7. Present advertising strategies, campaign performance, and results to key stakeholders and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
8. Provide clear direction and feedback to the creative team to ensure assets meet campaign objectives and adhere to brand guidelines.
9. Continuously test new ad creatives and iterate on successful concepts to improve campaign performance and ROI.
10. Foster a collaborative and results-driven environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and growth.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
2. Proven track record of successfully executing media buying campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Google, and others.
3. Advanced understanding of marketing funnels and experience in setting up effective landing pages for customer acquisition and sales conversion.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for maximum performance.
5. Excellent knowledge of media buying best practices, audience targeting, and optimization techniques.
6. Up-to-date with the latest trends, features, and algorithms of advertising platforms.
7. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
8. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
9. Hunger for continuous learning and self-improvement, staying informed about industry developments and new advertising opportunities.
10. High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
