Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Media Buying:
– Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other relevant channels.
– Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to target specific demographics within the assisted living care, roofing, and home improvements industries.
– Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and achieve client objectives.
– Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging advertising platforms to capitalize on new opportunities.

2. Virtual Assistance:
– Provide administrative support such as managing emails, scheduling appointments, and organizing documents to ensure efficient workflow.
– Assist in client communication, maintaining professional and responsive correspondence.
– Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather insights to inform marketing strategies.
– Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative ideas and contribute to the development of marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

– Proven experience in media buying, digital advertising, or related fields.
– Proficiency in utilizing advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other relevant tools.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
– Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
– Familiarity with the assisted living care, roofing, or home improvements industries is a plus.
– Experience in virtual assistance or administrative roles is advantageous.
