We are a dynamic e-commerce supplement company dedicated to improving health with our innovative products. Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a Media Buying Admin to assist our media buying team in managing and launching digital advertising campaigns.

Job Description:
As a Media Buying Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting our media buying team with the setup, tracking, and organization of new advertising launches across platforms like Facebook and TikTok. You will work directly with a Junior Media Buyer to ensure that all campaign elements are meticulously organized and executed on time.

Responsibilities:
– Assist in launching new ad campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
– Manage and organize advertising creatives in Google Drive and spreadsheets.
– Track all campaign launches and make necessary adjustments under the guidance of the media buyer.
– Analyze campaign performance and assist in optimizing strategies.
– Maintain high standards of data accuracy and ensure all campaign details are up-to-date in systems like Google Sheets and Airtable.

Requirements:
– Proven experience in Meta Ads Manager is essential; familiarity with TikTok Ads Manager is preferred.
– Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
– Proficiency in Google Sheets and experience with Airtable.
– Reliable high-speed internet connection (50 Mbps minimum, 100-200 Mbps preferred).
– Ability to work full-time from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST.
– Excellent command of the English language.
– Prior experience working with media buyers is a plus.
– Creative experience in digital media is a bonus but not required.

– Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
– Proactive and reliable with a keen interest in the e-commerce and digital advertising sectors.
