Job Description

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a person to work with Media Buying & Ads Creatives, who will specialize in running ads in Facebook, Google and other social media platforms. Creating the different creatives for ads, in both image and video as well as copywriting for the ads. Funnel creation is also a part of the job.

She/He will help ease the workload from Hampus.

She/He will be a participant of the ROIALS(company name) team calls and will enter the service delivery workflow.

She/He will do all the tasks assigned to her/him for the day and report back on the daily meeting.

She/He needs to have proficient English, enough to be well understood and perfect in writing.

She/He needs to be willing to go the extra mile, to help us create pages, learn new softwares and technologies.

Will come on board as a full-time team member, which means she/he can’t have another job or projects running in parallel.

We’re looking for someone tech versed that likes the day to day, doesn’t have a personal brand and doesn’t wish to be a super star.

We’re looking for someone honest and transparent.

Examples of work:

1. Create and run campaigns on Google ADS and Meta ADS, including but not limited to:

– Account and campaign setup
– Strategy and planning
– Keyword research
– Ad creation and copywriting
– Target group analysis and segmentation
– Ad budgeting and management
– Analysis and report
– Optimization and follow-up
– Scaling of campaigns, both horizontal and vertical scaling
– A/B testing
– Installing and managing tracking

2. Be in strategy calls with clients (with the team, or alone if comfortable)
– Execute on whats decided and concluded in the strategy call

3. Record Loom videos for clients with updates.

4. Work in our CRM system and make sure clients always know. 1) What we have done. 2) What we are working on. 3) What we are going to do.

5. Creation of funnels in Clickfunnels or other programs.

6. Cut video material and create different videos for ads on Instagram, Youtube etc

Who are we?

We are a fast growing Digital Marketing Agency focused on Paid Ads, Lead Generation and Marketing Automation and are looking to hire our fifth member to join the team.

The company was founded by Jonas and Hampus.

Jonas is our Head of Sales and Hampus is our CMO (Chief Marketing Officer).

Hampus, from Sweden, 27 years old and has been running his own ecommerce business for 5+ years and is currently working with VAs from the Philippines for his other company.

Jonas, also from Sweden, 36 years old, has been working in Sales 17 years and Growth Marketing 4 years. 5 years as a business owner.

Both of us are very easy going and our preferred way of working is very open and flexible. We are visionaries and like to talk about goals and plans for the future. We are dedicated and work a lot.

Our shared weakness:

Generally we prefer to focus on the big picture, letting employees use their own judgment when it comes to handling details. But on the other hand we can be detail oriented when it comes to things we find extra important.

Another weakness is that we can be over innovative so much that we miss a solution already available and postpone administrative tasks.

Required prior experience

1. Experience working with Media buying in Facebook and Google.

2. Experience working with Ad creatives.

3. Experience working with Video creatives.

4. Experience working with Image creatives.

5. Experience working with Copywriting.

6. Fluent in English, both Speaking and Writing.

Preferred prior experience:

1. Experience working with Clickfunnels.

2. Experience working with Google Data Studio.

3. Experience working with UTM Tracking.

4. Experience of installing tracking with Google Tag Manager.

5. Experience working with animations in After Effects.
