We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Media Buying and Marketing Specialist with a strong background in business development to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting the CEO in various tasks, including strategic planning, business growth initiatives, and day-to-day operations. You will be an essential part of our leadership team, driving the company’s success and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to drive growth.
2. Strategic Planning: Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve company goals.
3. Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential business ventures.
4. Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies and support sales efforts.
5. Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies.
6. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data and create reports to support decision-making processes.

Pay: TBD, based on skill level and experience.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in media buying, marketing, and business development
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
– Be able to speak English at level 3-4. As part of the job, you will be speaking English for phone calls and emails.
