We are currently seeking a Media Buying Manager who demonstrates the following skills and brings the following experience: The Media Buying Manager will support the budgeting, planning, and execution of media campaigns. We are looking for a data-driven individual who will have hands-on experience in all aspects of a media campaign. They should be able to analyze competitive trends, consumer insights and unlock key strategic opportunities. The ideal candidate loves driving results but also finding new ways of doing things in the media and marketing space!

Job Duties:
Responsible for the planning, buying, strategic direction and implementation of paid media advertising campaigns.
Recommends media strategy insights and suggests tactics with rationale to meet campaign objectives.
Encourages a pro-active team approach to media analysis and advertising performance.
Presents ideas, researches, trains, and mentors media purchasing team members.
Actively involved with day-to-day media planning and buying responsibilities.
Audits, reviews, and analyzes advertising campaigns to ensure optimal performance. Pursues daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance KPIs across relevant media channels.
Oversees execution of day-to-day work in all media channels including technical setup, tagging, tracking and contracts for relevant campaigns.
Supports the execution of the creative strategy across relevant media channels, inclusive of both internal and external.

Job Requirements:
4+ years of in depth experience with paid ads, Google Ads and Facebook
2+ years of experience managing a team of marketing professionals
Strong knowledge of traditional and digital media platforms and planning principles (buying, content, measurement, KPIs)
Strong quantitative skills required to analyze and optimize campaign performance.
Ability to develop plans that are thorough, realistic, and effective in meeting goals.
Must be proactive and focused, detail-oriented, self-motivated, results-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work cross-functionally with other teams and to manage multiple projects simultaneously in order to meet ROI goals.
Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills.
Agency, media company experience preferred.
Experience hiring and leading diverse teams
