This individual will be responsible for conducting comprehensive research on media conversion processes, leveraging AI generative tools such as ChatGPT and Bard, and creating detailed documents tailored to our unique business requirements.
We require a strong technical background, excellent research and documentation skills, and the ability to analyze and synthesize information. The ideal candidate should be able to clearly articulate technical and complex ideas to both technical and non-technical colleagues. A proactive learning mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently are a must.

Responsibilities:
– Conduct thorough research on media conversion processes, including the types of machines, decks, and computers required, utilizing AI generative tools such as ChatGPT and Bard where applicable.
– Analyze and synthesize research findings to develop detailed documentation, including process workflows, equipment specifications, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
– Clearly articulate technical and complex ideas to both technical and non-technical colleagues, ensuring effective communication and understanding.
– Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to gather information about existing media conversion processes and specific challenges or areas for improvement.
– Update documentation regularly to reflect changes in technology, equipment, or industry standards.
– Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and advancements in media conversion and preservation through ongoing research and proactive learning.
– Work independently, proactively identifying and solving problems, while managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
Requirements:
– Located in the Philippines and able to work remotely.
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as media technology, audio/video engineering, or a related discipline.
– Proven experience in conducting research and creating detailed technical documentation in the field of media conversion or related areas.
– Familiarity with AI generative tools such as ChatGPT and Bard.
– Strong technical writing skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
– Ability to clearly articulate technical and complex ideas to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
