Media Creator and Design Specialist

Exchange Families International (“EFI”) has an exceptional team and we are expanding! We are currently seeking a talented individual who can fulfill the role of a virtual assistant who will focus on creating presentations, photos editing and creating videos, content writing, and social media campaigns. To apply you must have excellent writing skills! We are not looking for someone to mass produce AI but to have the skills to create meaningful content for our company. We are a boutique student exchange company and will need a person who is good at multitasking, self motivated and is detail oriented. Qualifications:
Executive Assistant experience;
Experience with social media management, website management and systems is a added bonus;
Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g.,Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and content management.

Requirements:
Strong verbal communication skills;
Writing Skills: Exceptional written communication skills with a knack for crafting engaging and concise copy;
Excellent time-management and organizational skills – multi-task, prioritize, and manage workloads effectively;
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva;
A keen eye for aesthetics and details;
Strong creative and artistic skills to produce visually appealing graphics and content that tell a story.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Leadership team to create and implement the marketing plan. Management of the marketing calendar of all social media platforms;
Create, plan and schedule a calendar of posts;
Create and redesign presentations to build brand awareness;
Manage tools such as, Dropbox, Google Suite Applications, Mailchimp, or similar;
Create and update current marketing material, content and manuals.
