Job Description

**Who Are We?
Nordic Quality is an extremely awesome, up-and-coming, online-based company selling physical products under several of our own brands. The main one of which is in the gym and fitness category.

**Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for a full-time assistant. Media Outreach with lead generation skills, who is awesome like us, to join the team. He/she will be working FULL-TIME for 40 hours a week, morning schedule, Philippine time Monday through Friday.

***He/she must have the following***
-Stable Internet connection at least 25mbps (Having a backup is a plus!)
-PC/Laptop, i5, and at least Windows 10 (Having a backup is a plus!)
-Headphones/earphones for meetings
– With strong communication and negotiation skills, verbal and written.
-Has excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
-Good numerical and data management skills.
-Must be eager to research and learn about market trends.

***What would the task be?
-Your primary task is to act as a purchaser, negotiate the best feasible price, and manage the company’s online exposure by connecting with journalists, editors, bloggers, or social media influencers and partnering with them to promote our brand on their platforms and keep us at the top of the search list
-Responsible for researching for buying digital advertising space on various websites, apps, and other media platforms.
-Identify and cultivate relationships with journalists, media, bloggers, and other key opinion leaders. Participate in the development of proactive media and outreach engagement efforts, including campaigns and advocacy efforts.
-Analyze target demographics, develop media buying strategies, negotiate rates with media outlets, and optimize budgets to maximize ad exposure.
-Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop social media campaigns. Stay up to date with the latest digital market buying, practices, and technologies. Collaborate with optimizing company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content.
-Create cost tabulation and comparison reports, and manage budgetary costings.
-Must have a strategic communication process that builds mutually beneficial relationships between organizations and their audiences. In simple terms, it’s a strategy to communicate how valuable you are to your audience through earned media. PR often encompasses a variety of practices and topics.
-Maintain public relations and focus on earned media while also utilizing unpaid communication platforms. Public relations is all about controlling perceptions.
-Manage tasks on Leads and develop and maintain a positive relationship with multimedia marketing and influencers.
-Analyzing and reporting on lead generation data and metrics to continually improve lead generation tactics.
-Build and update all SOPs in acquiring new online bloggers, editors, journalists, and social media influencers, as well as maintaining existing ones.
-Manage and organize lead data as well as develop and maintain a positive relationship with leads and influencers. Staying up-to-date on industry trends and technological advancements to adapt lead generation strategies accordingly.
-Meet or exceed the company’s marketing targets for high-quality leads.
-Slack (communication tool) visibility during the contractor’s working hours.
-Other duties that were assigned by the immediate superior as long as it has the consent and is coordinated with the HR- Specialist or CEO.
