Nautical Staffing is looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and personable Medical Admin Assistant for our US-based client in the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities:
• Provide general admin support to ensure the productivity of the company
• Exhibit polite and professional communication with clients via phone, email, and other channels
• Ensure all new clients complete online intake paperwork
• Ensure all clients complete yearly online paperwork
• Track completion of paperwork and upload them to EMR system
• Maintain an accurate and organized record of information and files
• Send and receive documents and route them for signatures
• Conduct data entry, prepare reports, and uphold confidentiality
• Maintain the CRM/software and support workload distribution
• Address questions and concerns and direct them to the appropriate department if needed
• Research vendors/suppliers and serve as their point of contact
• Conduct research and disseminate information
• Provide direct support to the CEO
• Perform other relevant tasks as needed
Qualifications:
• Prior admin experience is required — medical admin experience is highly preferred
• Prior experience in medical customer service is highly preferred
• Experience using any EHR/EMR software or medical CRM is a big plus
• Experience using Secured Signing, DocuSign, or any similar software is a big plus
• Must be proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications
• Must be able to quickly learn new tools and procedures
• Must have excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Must be able to work part-time to start, with the possibility of going full-time
• Must be able to work during US business hours (Mountain time zone)
