Job Description: The ideal candidate will be a licensed medical doctor with a strong background in clinical practice and experience in medical affairs within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in managing medical affairs and providing scientific support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement medical strategies and policies to support the company’s objectives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide scientific and medical expertise to support clinical development, regulatory submissions, and product marketing.
• Manage and oversee the company’s medical affairs activities, including medical communications, medical education, and post-marketing studies.
• Conduct literature reviews and stay current with advances in medical science and clinical practices relevant to the company’s products.
• Collaborate with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals to gather insights and feedback on company products.
• Review and approve promotional materials to ensure medical accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Provide medical support and training to internal teams, including sales, marketing, and regulatory affairs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, regulatory bodies, and industry organizations.

Qualifications:
• Medical Doctor (MD) degree from an accredited medical school.
• Strong knowledge of clinical development, regulatory requirements, and medical marketing.
• Proven ability to develop and implement medical strategies and policies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
