We are looking to hire 3 (three) full-time, experienced, front-desk administrative assistants for a medical office.
The duties of this role involve the following, but are not limited to:
– Answering inbound calls
– Responding to chats
– Calling pharmacies, checking on scripts
– Providing general customer support
Training will be provided.
Applicants for this position MUST HAVE:
– An understanding of GENERAL MEDICAL TERMINOLOGY
– Be able to write well with good English grammar and speak English well
– Have a customer service orientation and be able to communicate effectively via email, skype, etc.
– With solid computer skills using applications such as Microsoft Office, etc.
