Job Description

Job Title: Clinic Administrative Assistant
Location: Philippines (Remote work)
Position Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
– Perform general administrative tasks to support the daily operations of the clinic.
– Follow up with patients to ensure their needs are met and address any concerns.
– Process incoming faxes and maintain organized documentation.
– Schedule patient appointments efficiently, taking into consideration therapist availability and patient preferences.
– Pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in patient records and scheduling.
– Provide start of day and end of day report
– Monitor and respond to voicemails that came in over the weekend on Monday, providing timely and empathetic communication to patients
– Collaborate with therapists and other team members to optimize scheduling and patient care.
– Provide administrative support for various tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administrative and medical role are preferred.
Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
Proficient in basic computer skills
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Flexibility to work weekends as needed.

Requirements:
– Previous experience in remote work is a plus.
– Availability for regular virtual meetings and collaboration with team members.
