Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

*Effectively embodies and demonstrates company Vision, Mission and Culture.

–Quality

-Collect resources and assist in creating of Medical Training Program
-Reviews data to determine curriculum or training modifications that ensure training success with a focus on optimizing productivity and continuous improvement
-Monitors and maintains a reporting system of performance assessments of new hires and tenured VAs (for up-training and cross-training) and keeps track of training records and maintains them in Salesforce.
-Identifies the present and future needs of training classes and existing colleagues after analysis of the overall course framework.

–Compliance

Gather data to find coaching opportunities for support and VA and curriculum/internal process modification
Compile credentials and qualifications of Medical VAs and Medical Support

–Care / Healthcare Delivery

Partners with the Medical Training Manager and Medical Affairs group to establish performance standards and objectives for ongoing coaching, mentoring and development of the team.

*QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:

-College Graduate (preferably a Behavioral Science or Psychology graduate a plus)
-3+ years of related training role experience facilitating both classroom & virtual classes
-Must be highly detail-oriented and organized
-Ability to understand organizational priorities and meet deadlines
-Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives
-Experience and knowledge in Salesforce
-Communication skills – ability to express ideas clearly and concisely, in writing and verbally.
-Interpersonal skills – cooperative, courteous, flexible and good natured.
-Effective work skills – conscientious, persistent, resourceful, productive and active.
-Knowledge of HIPAA
-Values teamwork
-Takes initiative and has a high sense of accountability
-Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of independent contractors and management
