Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Operations Coordinator to join our team. As the Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our behavioral health services. Your responsibilities will include following up with clients, managing employee productivity, addressing underproductive employees, and forecasting staffing needs based on client demand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Follow-Up: Proactively reach out to clients who have lapsed in their services for 30 days or more to re-engage them with our programs.

• Time Sheet Management: Accurately enter employee productivity data into our tracking system to monitor and evaluate performance.

• Employee Support: Identify underproductive employees and initiate appropriate communication and support to improve their performance.

• Staffing Forecasting: Analyze available client data to forecast staffing needs, ensuring that we have adequate resources to meet demand.

Requirements:

• Customer Service/Sales Experience: Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and sales support.

• Mental Health or Medical Experience: A background or familiarity with mental health services is highly desirable.

• Strong Administrative Skills: Excellent organizational and administrative skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Great Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
