Medical Receptionist & Medical Biller

I am looking for a full-time experienced Medical Receptionist & Medical Biller for a Doctor’s office and a Virtual Clinic.
I WILL BE VERY SELECTIVE FOR THIS POSITION. So you must have great customer service attitude.

HIPAA certified ** REQUIRED **
Certified Medical Biller ** REQUIRED **
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are ** REQUIRED **
Excellent customer service ** REQUIRED **
Excellent phone etiquette ** REQUIRED **
Experience as a Medical Receptionist ** REQUIRED **
Experience as a Medical Biller ** REQUIRED **
(If you know Spanish that is a plus)

Pay: TBD, this will depend on your level of skill and other people that apply to the job.

You will be:
*Answering inbound calls during business hours from 8 am to 8 pm PST.
*Making outbound calls to customers during business hours.
*Medical billing for adults and pediatrics.
*Booking appointment into the EHR (electronic health records).
*Call to follow up with patients.
*Insurance verification.

I am a Doctor and own a clinic and starting an online clinic. Over the years I have worked with many employees who have stayed with me for many years and are happy to work with me.
