Job Description

**EXPERIENCE IN THE LEGAL AND MEDICAL INDUSTRY IS A MUST!!**

As a medical record reviewer, you review medical charts to ensure they are complete, accurate, and compliant with all guidelines and regulations.

-Less than 5 calls a day.
-Review records to make sure records are in order.
-Logs patient demographic information.
-Ensure the review team is on track, trained, and producing.
-Performing quality checks by doing case analysis and peer reviews.
-Perform the medical review, validate follow-up requests, and perform the medical assessment.
-Look at each medical record to check for missing documentation

Qualification:
– Experience in the LEGAL industry.
-2+ years of experience as a medical records reviewer.
-Ability to understand and summarize the records in chronological order.
-Ability to read patient records and decode them.
-Good analytical and comprehension skills.
-Ability to prioritize and time-management skills.
-Expertise in medical terminologies.
-Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to work in a team.

Requirements:
1. Excellent English.
2. Complete office setup. Owns a laptop, or PC with sufficient specs.
3. Available and quiet workspace during US business hours.
