Role: Medical Sales Representative
Contract: Full-time / 160 hours monthly
Schedule: 8 AM – 5 PM CST
Rate: Starts at $1,500 monthly and can be negotiated higher depending on experience
Availability to Start: ASAP
Benefits: Paid Time Off and Sick Leave

Client’s Profile

They are a family-owned asset management company based in the Chicago area. This company prides itself on its commitment to delivering the most personalized level of service to every owner and client. They strive to offer hotel management services, lending solutions, acquisitions, and accounting expertise.

In addition to managing hotels for entrepreneurs, institutions, and private owners, they also own and operate a Portfolio of Hotels, Restaurants, and a Pharmacy & Medical Clinic.

What you’ll do

This company is looking for a seasoned Sales representative that can articulately represent their brand and handle the responsibilities including but not limited to:
– Becoming knowledgeable on the medication for sale and creating pitches for cold calling.
– Presenting company products to potential and existing customers and persuading them to make purchases
– Scheduling meetings with potential and existing customers, which includes doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
– Identifying customers’ needs and recommending company products that best fulfill those needs
– Maintaining solid working relationships with new and existing customers by providing excellent after-sales service
– Regularly attending industry training, company meetings, briefings, and educational workshops.
– Researching competitors’ products, pricing, and market success
– Promptly submitting purchase orders to the relevant department.
– Preparing sales reports as well as territory analyses and submitting them to management

Who you are

– A Sales Professional with over five years of experience in Sales, Account Management or Customer Success
– Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
– Knowledgeable of medical terminology and legislation is a plus
– Tech-savvy and can quickly adapt to changes
– Confident, determined and persistent

What you should have

– Must have a neutral North American English accent
– Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
– Strong background in Sales is needed
– Medical Sales Experience is a big plus!
– Experience with follow-ups, Account Management and Upselling
– Excellent organizational and consultative sales skills
– Effective communication and negotiation skills
– Exceptional customer service skills
– Solid understanding of developing and hitting sales targets
– Experience with sales reporting
