We are a dynamic Medical Spa looking for a proactive and professional Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in the medical spa or wellness industry, with a strong understanding of our client’s unique needs and expectations. Your role will ensure smooth operations by managing phone calls, engaging with leads, scheduling appointments, and potentially handling social media accounts. Familiarity with the GoHighLevel platform is highly advantageous.
Responsibilities:
– Could you answer incoming calls and provide pertinent information to callers, screen and direct calls to the appropriate party, or take messages as necessary?
– Be able to communicate and escalate issues to the manager
– Follow up on leads generated from our advertisements by calling potential clients, providing them with information about our services, and nurturing them through the booking process.
– Schedule and manage appointments accurately to ensure optimal use of time and resources.
– Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
– Able to manage and update social media platforms, creating engaging content that aligns with our brand and attracts new clients is a plus.
– Utilize the GoHighLevel platform for CRM and marketing automation tasks.
– Perform various administrative tasks to support the team and ensure efficient operation.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably within a medical spa or similar environment.
– Excellent phone etiquette and a friendly demeanor.
– Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
– Experience in managing social media accounts for businesses is a strong plus.
– Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms is highly desirable.
– Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for handling phone calls.
– Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
