Responsibilities:
As an Medical Virtual Assistant , you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless patient experiences and contributing to the growth of our practice. Your responsibilities will include:
– Contacting potential patients via phone to discuss plastic surgery services and schedule appointments.
– Clearly communicating the benefits and details of our procedures, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns.
– Coordinating schedules and appointments for patients, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.
– Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and appointment details.
– Collaborating with our medical team to optimize appointment scheduling and patient care.
– Striving to meet and exceed appointment booking targets to earn commission.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
– A minimum of 2 years of call center experience, demonstrating excellent communication and customer service skills.
– Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, with clear and professional communication abilities.
– Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
– Empathy and the ability to build rapport with potential patients over the phone.
– Basic knowledge of plastic surgery procedures and terminology (training will be provided).
– A self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently.
Compensation:
In addition to a monthly base salary of $500 USD, you will earn a $25 commission for each new patient successfully scheduled for a procedure.
