Job Description

We are looking for a medical virtual assistant that has experience performing administrative support tasks that include outbound medical scheduling/calendaring, business travel arrangements, online research, and strong tech knowledge in Excel. This position requires critical thinking and excellent customer service skills via phone and email. This is an intermediate-advanced position requiring the ability to create schedules based upon various client locations and the availability to create schedules that maximize productivity, minimize travel, and provide excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate would be someone who is outgoing and professional and has experience scheduling outbound appointments and telehealth appointments. Experience in scheduling Telehealth, home healthcare visits or similar is preferred.
If you have a college degree in areas of accounting, healthcare, pharmacy, or medicine, that is a plus as we are seeking someone who has critical thinking skills.

You must be proficient in writing and speaking English, and familiar with MS Teams, Outlook, Google Maps, and Excel. The more tech savvy you are, that is a plus in this position.

Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years full-time working as a virtual medical assistant in the area of Telehealth, healthcare, home health, or other healthcare environments where there are complex scenarios that require quick thinking for accurate scheduling.

* Must be able to work during the hours between 8am-6pm USA Pacific Time zone. M-F.
* Must have competency in using Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Teams.
* Fast and reliable internet and a computer that is less than 3 years old.
