Role Overview:
As a Medical Virtual Assistant – Appointment Setter, you’ll play a crucial role in our clinic’s operations by handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments for patients, and conducting outbound calls as necessary. Your exceptional English language proficiency and outstanding customer service skills will be instrumental in delivering a seamless patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls from patients and providing assistance with appointment scheduling.
Efficiently scheduling patient appointments while ensuring accuracy and adherence to clinic protocols.
Conducting outbound calls to patients for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and other communication as needed.
Collaborating with healthcare providers and staff to coordinate patient appointments and optimize clinic scheduling.
Utilizing electronic health record systems to update patient information and maintain accurate appointment records.
Assisting with insurance verification and pre-authorization processes (experience in this area is a plus).
Providing administrative support to the clinic as needed, including data entry and documentation tasks.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in appointment setting, preferably in a physical therapy clinic setting.
Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and professional communication style.
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications for scheduling and communication.
Experience with insurance verification and pre-authorization processes is advantageous.
