We are currently seeking a full-time Medical Virtual Assistant with Social Media Management skills. In this role, you will provide administrative support to a medical practice in the US, assisting doctors and patients with their needs, as well as managing and maintaining their social media presence.

Position: Medical Virtual Assistant with Social Media Management
Full Time 40 hrs/week
Pay: $5.00 / hour
Willing to work on EST Hours

Responsibilities:
– Answer phones and take detailed messages
– Communicate with patients and doctors
– Schedule and manage appointments
– Assist with medical billing and insurance verification
– Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
– Provide general administrative support to the medical team
– Create and manage social media content for the medical practice
– Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms
– Track and analyze social media performance
– Implement strategies to increase engagement and reach on social media

Requirements
– Previous experience as a medical virtual assistant or similar role
– Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Proficient in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring proper record-keeping and documentation
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Experience in social media management and content creation
– Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and tools
– Understanding of healthcare industry and patient privacy regulations
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Ability to work independently and within a team
