You must be able to work UK hours – either 7am-3pm or 8am-4pm
Salary: $7 USD/400PHP per hour, approximately $1,120 USD per month/64,000 PHP

Role Description:
We are seeking an extremely organised person who has an administrative background
Someone who has worked in real estate, banking or a commercial environment would be ideal (you don’t need recruitment experience but it would be advantageous)
Management of member data, file organization, email support
Onboarding new members, data entry, market research
Work closely with leadership team on projects and initiatives
Management of data/files and organisation of Google Drive, Dropbox, Notion, Keap, Pipedrive, Vimeo, , Slack, Asana, Zoom recordings
Management of member data/Googlesheets to ensure data is accurate and up to date
Uploading recordings to our learning management system
Answer member support emails in a timely and efficient manner
Onboard new members through our standard process
Watch coaching call replays and immerse yourself into our recruitment coaching group
Using Chat GPT and Claude to create summaries, takeaways and actions for our members’ personalised action pans
LinkedIn Lead Generation
Market mapping, building lists, research, dataset management
This role will develop and evolve over time, giving more responsibility with regards to our back office organisation too.
Research tasks in particular the two live in-person events we host – venue, restaurants, hotels, flights for CEO, COO etc.

Requirements:
4+ years experience in administration
University Degree
Proficiency with Asana, Slack, Dropbox, Googlesheets, Googledocs, Notion, Keap, Pipedrive, Vimeo, , Zoom etc.
Excellent English communication and organizational skills
Must be able to work in a fast environment
Must be curious and willing to learn
Must be able to focus on this role (no other contracts/clients)
Must be able to prioritize and work autonomously as well as within an international team
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects/tasks at once
Meticulous attention to detail
Self-motivated with ability to take ownership
Must be able to attend at least 1 coaching call per week with our members (camera on)
Must have experience managing a busy email inbox
Some experience with customer support/chat would be preferred

Benefits:
$7 USD/400PHP per hour, approximately $1,120 USD per month/64,000 PHP
This is a full-time role (but you will receive 28 paid holiday days per year, plus bank holidays, plus an extra day for each year of service)
40 working hours per week Monday-Friday. We are flexible on how you make up the 40 hours per week. Hours are 7am-3pm or 8am-4pm UK time
Must have excellent internet speed, and access to two machines (laptop/computer)
Fully remote-working (in the future there may be a chance to come to live workshop/events in the UK, Europe and USA.)
A team who is open to ideas, with direct access to the CEO and COO
Direct training from both the CEO, COO and Senior Administrator plus we are open to any external training courses that you may feel will enhance your skill set
