Hi I’m Ren Romero from . I’m looking for a very detail oriented person to join my team. I’m looking for someone that has prior experience working from home as their full time job, this is a position that requires someone who is disciplined and can manage themselves working from home.

You must have excellent English speaking and writing skills because you will be communicating with our customers who are based in the United States.

At Authorify I am responsible for supporting our products which are books that Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Brokers, and Dentists can license from us to market themselves. You can check out our website .

We are based out of the US and currently have a large team of more than 50 people from the Philippines working with us right now, we have a lot of experience working with people from the Philippines.

>>> RESPONSIBILITIES
If you become one of our team members your job responsibilities might be the following.
=> Managing and responding to emails and SMS communications with customers
=> Outbound and inbound customer calls
=> Take ownership of customer issues, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives with set company timelines
=> Respond to customer inquiries
=> Analyze customer feedback
=> Collect prompt and accurate customer feedback
=> Provide proactive customer outreach.

>>> REQUIREMENTS
=> Excellent English both Oral & Written
=> Have at least 5 years experience in Customer Service
=> Internet Speed minimum 20mbps both for upload & download.
=> Have Outstanding Work Ethics
=> HIGH attention to detail
=> Ability to learn new tools quickly
=> Good at solving problems
=> Must be reliable and show up for your shift on time
=> Team Leader /SME / Trainer experience is an advantage

185PHP hourly – Paid Weekly
This equates to 32,000 PHP ( per month )

Your working hours (You must be able to work the graveyard shift)
Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time

You have 2 – 15-minute paid breaks daily with a 1-hour lunch break (lunch break not paid).
