Job Description: We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Mentoring Program Administrator. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the administrative aspects of our mentoring programs, from onboarding new mentors and mentees to supporting ongoing mentorship relationships. This position requires exceptional communication skills, a strong grasp of administrative tasks, and the ability to document and improve processes over time.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new mentors and mentees, including application review, background checks, and training registration.
• Maintain accurate records of mentor and mentee information, program progress, and communication interactions.
• Facilitate mentor-mentee matching process based on compatibility and program goals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for mentors and mentees, providing ongoing support, guidance, and problem-solving assistance.
• Regularly communicate with mentors and mentees to monitor progress, address concerns, and provide feedback.
• Prepare regular reports on program outcomes and achievements for clients and stakeholders.
• Document and streamline program processes to create comprehensive training guides for future staff and volunteers.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure program objectives are met and exceeded.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in administrative roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint and database management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in mentoring programs or working with youth is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to document processes and create training materials is highly desirable.
