Virtual Assistant (VA) for T-Shirt Business (Merch by Amazon)
Location: Remote (Preferably from the Philippines)
About Us:
We are an established T-shirt business selling on the Merch by Amazon platform. Our commitment is to provide top-notch designs that resonate with our customer base. We are currently looking to expand our team and bring on a dedicated Virtual Assistant who can help streamline our processes and aid in the growth of our business.
Primary Responsibilities:
Listing New Items: Upload new t-shirt designs to Merch by Amazon, ensuring all required information is accurately entered.
Optimization of Existing Listings:
Review and update keywords for maximum visibility and sales.
Ensure that t-shirt designs are visually appealing, centered, and formatted correctly.
Check and adjust color options based on design and customer preference.
Niche Discovery: Research and identify new niches and target audiences that align with our brand and have a potential demand.
Idea Generation: Brainstorm and propose fresh ideas for t-shirt designs.
Trend Research: Keep an ear to the ground for the latest trends in t-shirt design, pop culture, and other relevant spaces to ensure our designs remain up-to-date and competitive.
Keyword Research: Investigate and curate a list of high-ranking keywords relevant to our designs and target audience.
Design Assistance (optional): If you possess graphic design skills, assist in creating or tweaking t-shirt designs based on the latest trends and customer feedback.
Required Qualifications:
Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
Familiarity with Merch by Amazon and its listing process.
Experience with the Merch Informer tool is a big plus.
Strong research skills, especially in identifying trends and keyword research.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Must have a stable internet connection.
Proactive, able to work independently, and meet deadlines.
Desired Skills:
Basic knowledge of graphic design and familiarity with design software (like Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop).
Understanding of SEO and keyword optimization.
Knowledge of the t-shirt and apparel industry.
Job Type:
The position will initially be part-time. Based on performance and business needs, there’s potential to grow into a full-time role.
