Summary:

This position will be responsible for supporting the Merchant and Assistant Buyer in meeting departmental and company objectives. Responsible for administrative details of the merchandising process and acts as a liaison between departments and other cross- functional areas in the company to ensure all timelines are met.

Primary Responsibilities:

Supports Merchandising in managing item level detail in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system. Reviews and proofs final build details and vets fields for accuracy.
Supports item set up process and accountable for accuracy in build process. Including, but not limited to, item setup: pricing, personalization detail, recipe creation, images, etc. Vets new product spec forms for accuracy and uploads into PLM for new product build creations.
Coordinates image, copy, and pricing requests to extended Merchandising Operations team, works on special build projects to get products site-live for business-led requests.
Input copy direction in PLM, provide direction on specs, product dims, personalization type, and character count.
Accurately proof catalogs and Dev Audits for all new and relist items across B2C Sites, PlanetArt apps, and possible wholesale channels.
Assist with ad-hoc reporting, competitive analysis, and projects as designated by Merchant and any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Flexibility to work in a fast paced, changing environment with multiple priorities.
Intermediate Microsoft skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Interest and high efficiency level with and maintaining accurate information in spreadsheets and other systems and data entry. Experience in SQL or ability to learn data queries to extrapolate key data points requested by Merchandising team.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
2-3 years of relevant experience.

*This is a Remote (work from home) position.

SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time

Fulltime (40 hours per week) — Long-term and Fully Remote

RATE: $7.41 to $8.47 per hour
