Merchant Account Manager

We are a group of Ecommerce companies, whom collectively has 100’s of merchant accounts. Because of this, we need someone to solely manage all of the these merchant accounts and make sure they are in good standing.

Your job, will include, but is not limited to the following responsibilities:

-Making sure all merchants accounts have their their gateways logins working at all time – and to resolve any issues of non-working gateways
-Making sure all merchant account have their portal logins setup – and to make sure the logins are working (they require monthly password resets. You can imagine how cumbersome this is with 100s of merchant accounts).
-Handling all merchant account requests, such as Chargeback Reduction Plans and Customer Invoice Requests.
-Managing held funds requests, so that funds can be released immediately
-Keep track of reserve balances
-Making sure that merchant accounts are setup in 15 different stores. Merchant accounts are allocated and dedicated to specific stores and aren’t shared. When a merchant account stops working, it has to be disabled and the issue has to be resolved before reenabling
-Adding and managing the merchant accounts with each individual store’s chargeback portal
-And more.. you get the gist. It’s your job to manage these merchant accounts and keep them organized. Dozens of people rely on being able to access them, so it’s your job to make sure they can.

Required characteristics:

-Exceptionally organized, shown through some of the apps you use and the spreadsheet you’ve created (you will be asked during your interview).
-Tech savviness – what apps have you used in the past? Airtable, Clickup, Sundays, Shopify, etc.
-Hard working – you go above and beyond to not only complete your responsibilities, but to do more. Provide examples in your past work.

Pay will be weekly. And bonuses will be given with good performance or when milestones are hit.
