We are a successful U.S. based Insurance and Financial Services company offering a great opportunity for the right individual to learn the growing financial services Business and Become a part of our Management team. We are looking for Full-time candidates, committed for the Long term.

Benefit Summary:

The ideal client will setup Menus for Restaurant POS, perform customer service, Maintain Websites, Post on social media, Marketing, Commission Reconciliation and other related activities. Please visit offerings on
Job Role:

Tasks to execute but not limited to:
A. Setup our POS system and Data Entry of the Restaurant Menu.
Setup Menu on the the POS system with Food description, Prices and Modifiers
Setup Clover Online Ordering (upload pictures, Enter description etc)
Setup Client Websites via WIX and out own templates.
Setup Gift Card and Loyalty programs.
Manage Social Media by using CANVA and Hootsuite

B. Boarding Process
Filling out Application forms
– Enter account details in our CRM (Agency Management System)
– Put together all necessary documents
– Submit Merchant Processing Application
– Create Equipment Proposal and send for signatures
– Edit and update online menus

C. Servicing / Miscellaneous
– Assist clients with any inquiries on credit card machines and POS System.
– File policy info in our CRM and attach documents
– Chargebacks, Cancellations, Invoices
– Handle inbound and outbound phone calls
– Customer Service
– Commission Reconciliation

Minimum Qualifications
Candidate Requirements:
You must have the following to apply for this position:

– University or College Degree, Preferably in Marketing with Strong Information Technology background
– Fluent English with Great Phone/Communication skills.
– At least 2+ years of Customer Service experience
– Working from home experience & set up +1 years
– Can work 40 hours a week on USA/New York times
-Extremely Organized, detail-oriented, with strong time-management, tasks and projects prioritization skills!
-You need to have a noise-cancelling headset, newer computer, high-speed internet & secure connection/backup options, backup power station and DUAL MONITOR
You will be connected to via Google Meet with a MIRROR employee in US, You will need to project manage using project management software and provide regular updates on projects.
– submit most recent (2023) NBI clearance copy upon hire or within the first 2 weeks of start date.

Helpful but not essential for applying:

Credit card processing/POS experience
Light Accounting/Bookkeeping
WIX website experience
