Job Overview:

We are a dynamic fitness business looking for a Virtual Assistant with expertise in creating and managing Facebook Messenger ads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging ad campaigns to increase our client base and boost our online presence. This is a remote position offering flexible hours, with a focus on achieving tangible results through effective ad campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage Facebook Messenger ad campaigns tailored to our fitness business goals.
• Conduct market research to identify our target audience and craft compelling ad messages that resonate with potential clients.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of ad campaigns, using insights to optimize for better results.
• Manage ad budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to align ad campaigns with other promotional activities and overall business strategy.
• Stay up-to-date with Facebook’s advertising policies and best practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness of our ads.
• Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including insights and recommendations for future campaigns.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing Facebook Messenger ads with a track record of achieving business growth.
• Strong understanding of Facebook’s advertising platform, targeting options, and optimization strategies.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative thinking with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive ad copies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working remotely.
• Time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Passion for the fitness industry and a good understanding of the market and potential clients.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
