Job Description

This is an expert role. DO NOT APPY if you do not have at least 4 years worth of Ad Creative Experience. This means you know how to research meta ad creatives and brief ad creatives to the creative team. Please submit and example brief with your proposal and include “Brief” in your header.

Your Role:
As our Ad Creative Briefing Coordinator, you will be the architect behind our advertising strategies, particularly focusing on platforms like Meta and TikTok. Your responsibilities will be:

– Ad Analysis & Research: Dive deep into Meta and TikTok ad creatives, analyzing and breaking them down to understand what makes them tick.
– Concept Identification & Testing: Uncover and methodically test key concepts and ideas for ad campaigns.
– Creating Detailed Briefs: Develop comprehensive briefs based on your research, incorporating links to reference creatives and in-depth knowledge of our in-house content.
– Content Coordination: Collaborate with our influencer/UGC team to acquire fresh content.
– Creative Team Liaison: Work closely with our creative team to ensure ad creation aligns with your briefs.
– Feedback Integration: Coordinate with the media buying team to obtain constructive feedback on the ads and refine strategies.

Requirements:

– Creativity & Initiative: Each brief will be unique; use your creativity and initiative to direct the right content.
– Ecommerce & Direct Response Ads: Stay ahead in the world of ecommerce advertising.
– Marketing Savvy: Have a deep understanding of marketing funnels, angles, and hooks.
– Clear Direction: Provide clear, direct guidance.
– Creative Process Knowledge: Understand how to communicate effectively with Video Editors, Graphic Designers, and UGC collaborators, using the right terminology.
