Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Meta Ad Expert to spearhead our advertising campaigns across meta platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and other associated networks. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and executing highly effective ad strategies that drive engagement, conversions, and ROI for clients across various industries.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive meta-advertising strategies tailored to each client’s specific objectives.
Create and optimize ad campaigns across meta platforms to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
Conduct thorough audience research and analysis to identify target demographics and optimize ad targeting.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize ad performance and maximize ROI.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in meta advertising, incorporating new techniques and features into campaigns as appropriate.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment of advertising efforts with overall marketing objectives and brand messaging.
Provide regular reporting and insights to clients, offering campaign optimization and improvement recommendations.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in meta advertising, with a minimum of 4 years of experience managing ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
In-depth understanding of meta-advertising platforms, ad formats, targeting options, and optimization techniques.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data and draw actionable insights to improve performance.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies to internal teams and clients.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
Google Ads and other digital advertising platform certifications are a plus.
