Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Development and Management:
– Develop and manage advertising campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager.
– Create compelling ad creatives, including copywriting and image selection.
– Collaborate with other teams and the leadership team to ensure that ad creatives and messaging are aligned with the – overall marketing strategy.
– Manage ad budgets, ensuring that campaigns stay within budget constraints, analyzing performance data to continually drive improvements in campaign strategy to maximize ROAS.

2. Audience Targeting:
– Utilize data analytics tools to identify and define specific audience segments to focus on high-performing audience segments.
– Leverage current customer lists and other data to create and manage lookalike audiences while maximizing ROAS.
Continually test and experiment with different ad formats and targeting options to improve campaign performance.

3.. Quality Assurance and Industry Knowledge:
– Ensure quality assurance for ads, including targeting accuracy and correct landing page links, correct creative formats depending on ad placement, and compliance with Meta Ad policies
– Tracking and reporting on ad performance, providing insights and recommendations for campaign improvement.
– Keeping abreast of industry trends, new ad features, and emerging platforms to ensure that campaigns are innovative and effective while staying up-to-date with Facebook (Meta) ad policy updates and implementing them in campaigns.

Requirements
Role Requirements:
– Experience in Meta Marketing: A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing, developing, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns is required.
– Budget Management Skills: Proven ability to manage and optimize advertising budgets effectively.
– Strong Communication Abilities: This includes skillful presentation of ideas and effective communication with team members and other key stakeholders.
– Technical Proficiency: A strong technical understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Facebook Pixel, Meta Advertising Policies, and Meta
– Conversion API is essential. Previous experience with other systems such as , Canva, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and is a plus.
– Creative Production Success: Demonstrated success in creating both video and static creative content.
– Lead Generation Proficiency: A track record of success in lead generation production.

Skill Requirements:
– Data Analysis Skills: The capability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions is essential.
Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: The role often demands quick decision-making and adaptability in a dynamic setting.
– Knowledge of Advanced Audiences: Understanding and applying advanced audience identification strategies to maximize campaign ROAS.
– Proficiency in A/B Testing and Campaign Optimization: Skills in testing ad variations and optimizing for performance are important.
– Creative Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills: Developing innovative advertising strategies and solving complex problems is essential.

Experience:
– 6-10 years of relevant experience

Management:
– 1-3 years experience

Scope of Control:
– Control is only limited to their own work.

Interview Process
1. The interview process is all initially at your pace. We only do in-person interviews in the final step. We will initially ask yes/no & numeric questions to verify your relevant experience.
2. We will ask you to list our your key responsibilities from our previous companies
3. We will then ask you to demonstrate from past responsibilities to support your list of key responsibilities and success metrics.
4. Then we will select a few applicants to do a paid trial task (we will provide actual problems/issue we face that you will try to resolve).
5. Lastly, we will do a final in-person interview (at this point, you would most likely have passed most of the job competency and experience assessment and this is a job/culture fit + opportunity for you to ask/understand us better).
