About the Position:
We’re looking for a detailed talented video editor with a flair for turning raw content into polished, attention-grabbing videos optimized for social media lead generation campaigns. You’ll work with client-provided assets and our team to create content for our campaigns, ensuring exceptional quality and strategic focus.
Responsibilities:
– Transform Content: Take existing content (videos, images, text) from clients and AI sources, transforming them into optimized content ready for ads.
– Video Editing: Utilize your preferred video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) to craft compelling and visually stimulating videos designed to capture leads.
– Visual Flair: Apply your knowledge of visual design principles and social media trends to create engaging video content.
– Optimization: Ensure videos align with ad specifications and best practices for lead generation campaigns.

**How to Start?**
We are excited about the potential of having you join our team in a full-time capacity as a Creative Manager. As part of our selection process, we have designed a trial task that will allow you to present your skills, capabilities, and efficiency in content editing for social media paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok.
Task Overview:
– Photo Edit: Edit 1 still photo with a graphic overlay including the location and promotion details.
– Video Edit: Edit 1 short video to include the location name and promotion, ensuring the overlay is timed appropriately and aesthetically integrated.
We will share the content from our clients and you will pick the client content you want to edit. The first to reply and pick that client will get that client.
Next Steps:
As this is a trial task leading potentially to a full-time position, please include in your reply your ideal pay for completing both the photo and video edits.
