About Us:

New Forest Activities is a UK-based company providing unique and engaging outdoor experiences in The New Forest National Park. We are expanding our digital presence and looking to enhance our online visibility through strategic PPC campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.

We have been running ads on these platforms for many years, however we’re now looking to improve our creative output and improve our ROI in order to scale the business.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and passionate PPC Specialist to join our team. This role starts part-time with the potential to increase based on performance. You will be responsible for managing and optimising our PPC campaigns across Meta and Google Ads, ensuring we achieve maximum ROI and reach our target audience effectively.

You should have extensive experience in PPC management, a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, and a proven track record of successful campaigns. If you look around our social media and website, you’ll see the kind of activities we offer and the audience we engage with. We want to continue in this style, increasing our digital footprint and driving more traffic to our platforms.

We have a vast database of images and video content which can be used to improve our ads and there’s a lot of history on the ad platforms to get you started. Likewise we have a CRM called Go High Level which runs our automations and handles the marketing funnel.

Key Responsibilities:

PPC Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Meta and Google Ads, to achieve our marketing objectives.

Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and trends.

Ad Creation: Develop compelling ad copy and creative that aligns with our brand’s voice and goals.

Budget Management: Monitor and manage budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI.

Performance Analysis: Analyse campaign performance data and generate actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.

A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize ad performance and drive continuous improvement.

Reporting: Provide regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and insights.

Collaboration: Work closely with our content and marketing teams to align PPC efforts with overall marketing strategies.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

PPC Management Tools: Proficiency in using PPC management platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager

Analytics Tools: Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics to track and analyse campaign performance.

Digital Marketing: Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.

Creative Skills: Ability to create engaging ad copy and visuals that resonate with our target audience.

Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team.

CRM & Automations: Understand the principles of effective landing pages and integrating traffic into CRM. Go High Level experience would be useful but not essential.

Application Process:

Initial Screening: Video conversation with shortlisted applicants, discussing real case studies and unique contributions.

Short-term Project: Selected candidates will complete a paid short-term project (approximately 4 hours) to demonstrate their capabilities.

Longer Trial: Up to two candidates will be given a longer paid trial (approximately 2 days).

Review Period: Based on performance, a longer-term agreement will be made, with pay and hours reviewed monthly.
