Searchbug, a California US-based company, is seeking a home-based Ads Strategist for Full-Time employment. We have been in the industry for more than 20 years and have been doing digital marketing organically. This year, we are expanding into digital advertising.
We are looking for an Ads Strategist who can help us start advertising across all digital platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google Paid Search, Display Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn and other related digital platforms.
Qualifications:
* Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem
* At least 3 years of 360 experience in Meta, Google Ads, Linked in Ads. TikTok experience is a plus. 360 experience includes planning, strategizing, creating, setting up, monitoring and reporting ads
* Effective goal-setting skills
* Clear written and verbal communication to express ideas and share strategies
* Experience in creating user journey flow
* Experience with sales landing pages
* Analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of the campaign
Responsibilities:
* Develop a solid advertising strategy plan that clearly outlines the budget allocation, channel utilization, selected markets, target audiences and other ad variables
* Create a user journey flow to understand ad strategy
* Develop an advertising strategy that meets the Searchbug’s objectives within the budget constraints
* Create and strategize ad campaigns that are effective and efficient
* Create compelling copy for ads including headlines, taglines and call to action
* Collaborate with the marketing team for designing ad layout
* Monitor the effectiveness of the campaign and make necessary adjustments to ensure maximum results. Must communicate recommendations across the team.
* Prepare and present reports detailing the progress of the campaign
* Contribute to the Digital Marketing team for overall strategy development and inform how advertising integrates with other aspects of the business
Work Schedule:
* This is a full-time, 40-hours per week position
* Hours are Monday – Friday, 1:00PM – 9:00PM Pacific Time (4:00AM – 12:00PM Philippine Time).
The starting salary is $800 USD (approximately 45,000 PHP) monthly. If you really impress us, we are willing to evaluate your performance and compensation after 90 days and at 6 months if an increase is warranted. We will pay you bi-weekly by sending USD via , which they convert to PHP at the exchange rate during payroll on the 2nd and the 16th of every month. We also offer annual salary reviews with raises and bonuses based on job knowledge, initiative, performance, and attendance.
Once you complete your 6 months probation, you will receive the following:
* 13th month
* Up to six (6) Filipino observed holidays
* 3 paid vacation days
* 3 paid sick days
