Looking for a part-time media buyer who has worked in the digital course/online coaching space and has experience running budgets of $50k+ per month with experience in running ads to webinars, low-ticket offers and live workshops.
We will start you with 1 client and can move you up to 3-4, being paid for each client.
You need to be available for communications with myself and clients between 9-4pm EST. We communicate internally and externally with clients via Slack, monthly meetings with the client that I will attend as well, and usually a short weekly meeting to just review client accounts.
Major tools we use:
– Asana for project management
– Slack for communication
– Meta Ads Manager platform
You would be responsible for…
– Media buying on FB/IG platforms
– Managing tasks for each client (we have checklists inside Asana for each client and each campaign)
– Reporting metrics (we have a data person that pulls data from FB, but you would need to pull data from the clients backend, input on the sheet, and analyze and report on that data to the client in Slack).
– Requesting creatives from our creative team (we have an entire creative team, so for new campaigns or if creatives fatigue, you would request new images, copy or video from our creative team using our process in Asana)
– We do a Monday and Wednesday update to the client in Slack and then we do weekly reporting on Friday’s to the client.
– We have a 2 hour max turnaround time to respond to all clients in Slack – and the same with internal team members.
